Mediscope (Manc Med Students' Magazine)
Information
Mediscope Magazine is our tri-annual student-run non-profit medical school magazine. We are run by a team of 6 student editors and designers and receive article contributions from all areas of the medical school, from nurses and medics to faculty staff and clinicians. We are a non-profit group, receiving our funding from Medsoc, the medical school and sponsors. Although we are an independent publication, we are fully supported by Manchester Medical School.
In 2008/2009 we won the PricewaterhouseCoopers Student Team Working Awards and are planning to enter the Guardian's Media Awards in 2009/2010.
